Unforgettable days

I can play the French horn. I had belonged to the music club for six years since junior high school. These six years ware a treasure for me because I learned a lot of important things and became a better person.
I was the leader of the club when I was in third year of both of junior high school and high school. I was glad to be the leader because I got much happiness when our band got a good prize even if it was hard work.
Every summer, the brass band contest is held all over Japan. When I was a third year student of junior high school, our band got a gold prize at Kagawa and took part in the Shikoku brass band contest. It's my most unforgettable summer memory.

I can't describe my experience and feelings as a member of band. Now, I don't belong to any music club and don't play the French horn. However, I often remember the days, teachers, tunes and friends.
I'm sure that the person I was then makes me the person I am today.

Great love for them

Finally I got the DVD which I wanted yesterday. The name of it is `Heat Up! `. It's a new DVD of `Kanjani8`. I love Johnny's!!!
On this DVD, the show of the concert which held in June in Yoyogi is recorded. Before that, `Kanjani8` had worked at kansai (west of Japan) mainly, so this was the first time to hold a concert in Tokyo. They sing, dance of course. In addition, they are also comedians.
While I was watching DVD, I cried sometimes because I love them too much. I love Ryo especially of `Kanjani8`. He has an unusual ability in all fields. His voice, of course singing voice, too, fascinate with me. I want to hear his voice always.
I'm happy to have known him and to live in the same time with him. In the future, if a woman who marries him appears, I want her not to trouble him and to keep his smile.

I hope there will be a lot of happiness in his future.

Memory is priceless

I went to Niigata by Shinkansen after the class on last Friday for baseball camp. I was hesitating terribly whether to go or not. However, I determined to go while I was talking with my friends and senior by telephone. They invited me strongly. I changed my mind.
It took about one and a half hours to Niigata. My favorite senior came at Echigo-yuzawa Station with his car. I was so glad to sit in his passenger's seat.
I arrived at the inn and the party started after a while. It was a special party because it was a last night of the training camp. Each of us said the impression of camp and drank with one of fourth students. It was the last training camp for fourth students, so they spoke a lot. I was so moved and cried very much.
The next day, we did the BBQ at the campsite and there was a river, we played there.

I was so glad to see everyone who enjoyed.
Actually, the training camp was the sixth five night stay but I stayed only one night.
However, I really enjoyed and came to like my club more.

By the way, Meidai tournament will start soon. I'll support the players as one of the managers.

JAPANESE BEAUTY

The movie, `SAYURI(Memoirs of a Geisha)` is one of my favorite movies. Steven Spielberg directed this movie. The heroine named `SAYURI` is Zhang Ziyi and her partner is Ken Watanabe who is famous for `LAST SAMURAI`.
SAYURI was sold to `Okiya` the house which have `Geisha` because of poorness when she was a child. Her life there was miserable and cruel. Senior `Geisha` always teased SAYURI. One day, SAYURI met a gentle man called `Kaicho-san` and he spoke to her kindly. Since that say, to meet him again is her goal. So she decided to be a `Geisha` and put up with many practices. As a result, she became the top of the `Geisha` in `Hanamachi` the town there are many `Geisha` huts. SAYURI lived a very stormy life, but she survived.

I love this movie because color of kimono and image is so beautiful! I can't express well how excellent it is. Besides, actors and actresses are really good. Most of them are around as a Hollywood star. I was impressed with their acting.
When you see this movie, you can find out the Japanese Beauty. I rediscovered it though I'm Japanese. I came to like Japan more through SAYURI.
I hope you'll like it.

First Post

Hello, everyone. Welcome to my blog. I'm 18 years old, but will be 19 soon. I'm a freshman in the faculty of commercial science. I'm from Kagawa.
Do you know where Kagawa is? Kagawa is located in the northeast in Shikoku and is the smallest prefecture in Japan. It's in the country. People speak in dialect called `sanuki-ben`. Its intonation is similar to a `kansai-ben`. So in Tokyo, people often asked me `Are you from Osaka? `. However, our dialect is different from them. I like our dialect so much and want to speak with it forever.
Well, some years ago, the udon noodle made a great hit. I was glad to hear that because the udon is one of Kagawa's popular foods. We often eat it and are particular about it.
In Tokyo, I'm afraid of eating udon. Once, I ate udon at the cafeteria of my university....I won't do it again!
